Privacy Policy

Account details for researchers (name, email, company), and for participants: the information they provide during an intake screener, session audio, and the resulting transcript.

Participant responses are used to determine study eligibility and to produce research insights for the researcher who invited them. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Audio is transcribed and synthesized using third-party speech and language providers strictly for delivering the session. Data is stored in our managed database with access restricted to the owning research team.

Recordings and transcripts are retained for the life of the study unless deletion is requested. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
