Accounts are issued to named individuals at an approved organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

You must have a lawful basis to contact and screen the participants you invite, disclose that sessions are AI-moderated and recorded, and use the resulting insights only for the stated research purpose.

Participants may end a session at any time. Consent to record is collected before a session begins, and participation is always voluntary.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep sessions reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.
